Our Story

Sabio Bangkok: A Vibrant Spanish Tapas Experience

Tasca Sabio is a vibrant Spanish tapas bar in the heart of Bangkok, located at the ground floor of voco Surawong Hotel. The restaurant offers a truly unique experience with an open plan kitchen, a Josper wood-fired oven, and a rotating menu of the famous Sabio Sangria.

Established in 2011, Sabio began life as Singapore's first Spanish tapas bar, built on a deep love of bold flavours, great wine, and the kind of warm, lively hospitality that Spain does best. That spirit has travelled beautifully to Bangkok, where Tasca Sabio continues the tradition. It is a playful, energetic space where incredible food, amazing sangria, and genuinely good vibes are always on the menu.

Whether you are dropping in for a glass of wine and a few tapas or settling in for a long and leisurely Spanish feast from the Josper grill, Tasca Sabio is a place where the true spirit of hospitality always takes centre stage.
